SMS Consent & Opt-In Proof

What this page is for

This page documents how end users consent to receive text messages from Aesir Labs, LLC d/b/a ForthWrite as part of our consulting offer, so carriers and compliance reviewers can independently verify the opt-in flow without needing an account or login.

Where consent is collected

The public consulting practice is described at /consulting. That page can book a call without SMS. SMS consent is collected only on the consulting contact form used in our booking funnel.

The live public form is https://form.typeform.com/to/Eu7ihAB0. It collects first name, mobile phone number, and email, then shows two separate, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkboxes: one for transactional appointment texts, and one for marketing about the consulting offer. Neither box is required to submit the rest of the form or to book a consultation by another means. A phone number alone is not consent.

All opt-in methods

This campaign uses one opt-in method:

We do not offer keyword opt-in, paper forms, verbal opt-in, QR codes, chat-widget opt-in, or any other method. We do not text purchased lists. We only send transactional texts to people who checked the transactional box, and marketing texts to people who checked the marketing box.

Consent language shown on the form

Marketing consent is collected separately from transactional consent. The exact disclosure text next to each checkbox is:

“I agree to receive recurring transactional text messages from ForthWrite / Aesir Labs. Message types are appointment confirmations and appointment reminders only. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Privacy Policy · Terms of Service. This checkbox is optional and is not required to book your call.”

Message program details

  • Program: Two separate consents. Transactional texts are appointment confirmations and appointment reminders only. Marketing texts are about the consulting offer the recipient asked for.
  • Message frequency: Varies based on your scheduled appointment and any follow-up about that offer.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full detail.
