SMS Consent & Opt-In Proof

What this page is for

This page documents how end users consent to receive text messages from Aesir Labs, LLC d/b/a ForthWrite as part of our consulting offer, so carriers and compliance reviewers can independently verify the opt-in flow without needing an account or login.

Where consent is collected

End users request a consulting appointment by completing the qualification form on our consulting landing page. That form collects a mobile phone number and includes a separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox for SMS consent. Checking the box is never required to submit the rest of the form or to book a consultation.

Consent language shown on the form

The exact disclosure text presented next to the checkbox is:

“I agree to receive recurring text messages from ForthWrite / Aesir Labs about my consulting appointment and related follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Privacy Policy · Terms of Service. This checkbox is optional and is not required to book your call.”
